TITLE: Strategic Account ManagerLOCATION: 605 3rd Avenue, New York, NY 10158DUTIES: Serve as the face of Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions (BTCS) to our customers. As an individual contributor on the team, he/she is responsible to maintain and expandrelationships with accounts and to achieve sales quota and other defined account objectives, including: Selling BTCS’s trading and connectivity solutions and services to an assigned territory or account base; establishing productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate account retention and expansion; achieving quarterly sales targets by developing and executing on a strategic plan; managing the entire sales process including but not limited to: prospecting, qualifying leads, identifying and engaging decision-makers, overcoming objections, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing; working closely with Sales Engineers and Professional Services to gather and understand requirements, prepare for sales pitches and present BTCS products; delivering a world-class customer experience by being proactive, responsive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable; accurately forecasting opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and presenting highlights during team meetings; and participating in the analysis of competitive landscape, customer insights, and market trends.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field with 3 years of related industry experience. Previous experience to include cold calling and meeting with Sell Side brokers; working with SalesForce CRM tool; and Salesforce administration, Forecasting, Meeting Recaps. Work experience with at least 10 unique Sales cycles - leading the sale’s opportunities from Origination through contract execution and previous experience working with Pre Sales, Product and Professional Services to move opportunities to closure, as well as putting Sales presentations together and presenting to Senior members within Capital Markets. *Position is based in our New York, NY office but eligible for hybrid work within commuting distance, with manager approval.Salary from $111,000 to $120,000 per year.APPLICANTS: TARecruitment@Broadridge.com.
