Join the OneAmerica Financial Retirement Services team to drive expansion and growth If you like the idea of building and developing a territory to make your mark on the future, this is the opportunity for you As part of OneAmerica’s long term strategy for growth in Retirement Services, this position is responsible for developing and managing a specified geographic territory. The person in this role will be charged with building meaningful business relationships with advisors, TPA's and other centers of influence in order to expand the distribution of OneAmerica Retirement products and services. The territory for this role is in Philadelphia and surrounding area. Primary Responsibilities Developing and maintaining Key Advisor/TPA/COI Relationships Build OA Brand – maintaining a strong, visible presence in the assigned territory Developing meaningful Pipeline Close Retirement Plan Business Generate new opportunities and guide them from prospect Achieve activity and assigned revenue targets Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or associated field Series 6, 63 licensure is required Industry Designation such QKA, CEBS QPC, RPA is ideal but not required Minimum of five years of Retirement Plan Sales experience Exceptional skill in developing and maintaining relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, management) and external clients Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with a collaborative style Advanced ability to develop strategies and business plans then deliver on established objectives Outstanding presentation and consultative selling skills Able to travel up to 50% to meet with targeted prospects Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background Salary Band S06 This selected candidate will be expected to work remote. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
