Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-driven a Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and develop strategies to approach them.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
  • Develop Business Plans: Create detailed business development plans that outline objectives, strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Report Progress: Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, forecasts, and progress toward goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 + years of experience in business development/sales
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expect to win and hate to lose
