Director of Strategic Parent Engagement, Alpha Join Alpha as the Director of Strategic Parent Engagement. This full‑time contract position commands a $100 USD per hour rate, equivalent to $200,000 USD per year, and requires on‑site presence at one of our campuses listed below. Students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI‑powered applications. The remaining time is devoted to real‑world competencies—critical thinking, public speaking, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects. No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Only accelerated progress and performance in the top 1% nationally. If bringing families into a fundamentally reimagined model of education resonates with you, this role positions you at the forefront of that transformation. As the face of your campus, you will lead efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You will conduct impactful information sessions, develop strong community relationships, and turn interest into waitlist growth. Responsibilities Manage the complete parent relationship—initial inquiry to sustained engagement—for a single campus. Deliver persuasive information sessions and individual conversations that transform curious families into dedicated supporters. Act as the principal parent liaison—address concerns, enhance satisfaction, and ensure every family feels valued and supported after enrollment. Establish visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local partnerships, and targeted outreach initiatives. Mobilize parent champions to expand referrals and strengthen community influence. What You Won’t Be Doing Rely on scripted sales approaches or transactional communication strategies. Transfer relationship‑building responsibilities to campus staff or adopt a passive role. Allow organized parent coalitions to compromise or undermine Alpha’s educational approach. Operate remotely—this role requires deep immersion in the parent journey and local community. Qualifications Currently reside within commuting distance of one of the campuses listed. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 5+ years of experience working with families in education, outreach, or enrollment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making. Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model. Additional Information Position is full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term, and available immediately. Compensation is $100 USD per hour, paid weekly.
