Alpha operates outside traditional school norms. Here, students complete their core academic work in just two hours daily through AI-powered applications. The remainder of their time is dedicated to practical skills—public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful project work. There are no lectures, no unnecessary assignments. Only accelerated learning that produces top 1% outcomes nationally. This approach requires a different form of parent partnership—your responsibility will be to build and sustain it. As the campus representative, you will lead efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You'll conduct impactful information sessions, develop strong community relationships, and transform interest into waitlist growth. Your responsibilities extend beyond recruitment. You'll serve as the primary contact for families throughout their time at Alpha—managing concerns, fostering loyalty, and converting parents into vocal supporters of the model. This is a role defined by high trust and autonomy, with tangible expectations. You'll work from one campus location, maintaining a strong on-site presence and delivering measurable results—not simply executing predetermined procedures. Campuses Currently Hiring CA: San Francisco, Santa Barbara NC: Charlotte NY: New York City TX: Austin VA: Chantilly Puerto Rico: Dorado What You Will Be Doing Managing the complete parent relationship—from initial inquiry to sustained engagement for a single campus Delivering persuasive information sessions and individualized conversations that transition interested parents into dedicated supporters Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing issues, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring all families feel acknowledged and supported after enrolling at Alpha Establishing credibility and presence through consistent on-site engagement, community partnerships, and targeted outreach Mobilizing parent advocates to expand referrals and strengthen community influence What You Won’t Be Doing Depending on scripted sales approaches or impersonal communication methods Transferring relationship-building responsibilities to campus personnel or assuming a passive position Allowing organized parent coalitions to compromise or weaken Alpha's educational framework Operating remotely from an office—this position is deeply integrated into the parent experience and community landscape Director Of Parent Advocacy Key Responsibilities Lead enrollment growth and retention at your assigned campus by managing high-trust parent relationships from initial contact through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy. Basic Requirements Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; Chantilly, VA; or Dorado, PR.
