Base pay range $100.00/hr - $100.00/hr Location LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based at one of the campuses identified below, including local travel when required. Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven applications. What follows? Practical competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful project work. No conventional lectures. No redundant assignments. You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, cultivate trust, and foster advocacy. You'll deliver impactful information sessions, develop meaningful community relationships, and transform curiosity into sustained waitlist growth. Your scope extends beyond recruitment. You will serve as the central resource for families across the Alpha experience—responding to concerns, strengthening commitment, and developing parents into vocal proponents of the model. This is a high-accountability, high-independence position with tangible expectations. You'll operate from a single campus, primarily on-site, generating measurable results—not simply executing a predetermined playbook. Basic Requirements Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Miami, FL; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; Chantilly, VA; or Dorado, PR. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 5+ years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making. Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
