Base pay range $100.00/hr - $100.00/hr Location LOCATION NOTE: This is an on-site position based at one of the campuses identified below, including local travel when required. Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven applications. What follows? Practical competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful project work. No conventional lectures. No redundant assignments. Only accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a fundamentally different parent engagement strategy—and that is your responsibility. You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, cultivate trust, and foster advocacy. You'll deliver impactful information sessions, develop meaningful community relationships, and transform curiosity into sustained waitlist growth. Your scope extends beyond recruitment. You will serve as the central resource for families across the Alpha experience—responding to concerns, strengthening commitment, and developing parents into vocal proponents of the model. This is a high-accountability, high-independence position with tangible expectations. You'll operate from a single campus, primarily on-site, generating measurable results—not simply executing a predetermined playbook. Current Openings At These Campuses CA: San Francisco, Santa Barbara FL: Miami NC: Charlotte NY: New York City TX: Austin VA: Chantilly Puerto Rico: Dorado What You Will Be Doing Managing the complete parent engagement lifecycle—from initial contact through sustained involvement—for a single campus Delivering persuasive information sessions and one‑on‑one dialogues that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family experiences meaningful support following enrollment at Alpha Establishing credibility and presence through consistent on‑site engagement, community partnerships, and targeted outreach initiatives Mobilizing parent advocates to expand referral networks and strengthen community influence What You Won’t Be Doing Depending on formulaic sales approaches or impersonal outreach methods Transferring relationship development to campus personnel or assuming a passive position Allowing structured parent organizations to compromise or undermine Alpha's educational framework Operating remotely—this position is fundamentally integrated into the parent journey and community presence Director Of Parent Advocacy Key Responsibilities Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your campus by cultivating high‑trust parent relationships spanning initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy. Basic Requirements Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Miami, FL; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; Chantilly, VA; or Dorado, PR. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 5+ years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making. Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
