As Director, you will serve as the primary representative of your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You will facilitate impactful information sessions, build substantive relationships across the local community, and translate interest into committed waitlist participation. Your responsibilities extend beyond recruitment; you become the central resource for families across their entire Alpha experience—resolving questions, strengthening commitment, and transforming parents into vocal proponents of the educational model.
