As Director, you will serve as the primary representative of your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You will facilitate impactful information sessions, build substantive relationships across the local community, and translate interest into committed waitlist participation. Your responsibilities extend beyond recruitment; you become the central resource for families across their entire Alpha experience—resolving questions, strengthening commitment, and transforming parents into vocal proponents of the educational model. Campuses Currently Hiring San Francisco, CA Santa Barbara, CA Miami, FL Charlotte, NC New York City, NY Austin, TX Chantilly, VA Dorado, Puerto Rico What You Will Be Doing Managing the complete parent relationship lifecycle—from initial contact through sustained engagement—for a single campus location Conducting persuasive information sessions and individualized discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters Acting as the principal parent liaison—addressing questions, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels valued and supported following enrollment Establishing credibility and presence through consistent on‑site engagement, community partnerships, and targeted relationship building Mobilizing parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community reach What You Won’t Be Doing Using formulaic sales approaches or impersonal communication methods Transferring relationship responsibilities to campus personnel or adopting a passive stance Allowing organized parent coalitions to compromise or undermine Alpha's educational philosophy Operating remotely—this position requires deep integration into the parent community and campus environment Key Responsibilities Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your assigned campus by cultivating trusted parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy. Basic Requirements Currently reside within commuting distance of one of the campuses listed above Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 5+ years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation learning model About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential.
