Currently, we have an opportunity for an industry expert to fill a Business Development Manager role. This critical role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry. Primary Duties Lead the effort in being first to market on products for new machines Direct and support the development of new products based on input from multiple sources Collaborate on design, fitment, function, and style with NPD, Engineering, and Sales Engage with PM’s on projects from concept to launch Monitoring, researching, and predicting customer needs Evaluating Market activity including OE, product trends, industry trends, etc. Involvement in market events to assess customer perception, riding trends, and assessing needed product offerings Conducting gap analysis of current offerings Research industry news to stay abreast of new machine offerings and competitor activity Collect information from multiple sources and formulate a compelling case for product development Drive sales and profitability growth through successful and timely new product development Qualifications Strong knowledge of UTV/ATV machines Strong knowledge of industry leaders such as Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Kawasaki, etc. Strong attention to details, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
