Kelly Services is partnering with a prestigious University in Cleveland, Ohio and we have an immediate opening for an experienced Department Coordinator for the Office of the President.
Wage: $24.00
Schedule:  8:30 am- 5:00 pm Monday – Friday
Contract to Direct Hire opportunity with generous benefits package.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide administrative support, serve as the first point of contact for guests, and assist in advancing the goals of the Office of the President and related departments. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, travel arrangements, and reimbursements for three leaders, as well as providing clerical support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an executive office setting
  • Manage schedules of Senior Leadership
  • Develop detailed travel itineraries and ensure all necessary background materials and confirmations are provided.
  • Tirage questions/issues and adjust on short notice as priorities change.
  • Handle routine correspondence, proofread, and edit documents.
  • Manage large volumes of confidential information, documents and correspondence.
  • Manage and monitor budget records, authorize expenditures, and process financial documents.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
