* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

* Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our vehicles

* Identify and understand customer needs to assist in vehicle selection and offer solutions

* Conduct test drives and negotiate sales prices

* Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, incentives, and financing options

* Complete sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

* Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business

* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals

*Requirements:*


* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Strong negotiation and closing abilities

* Knowledge of current automotive technology and trends

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings

* Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
