As Manager OEM Sales and key member of the global OEM sales team, you will drive business growth for our process measurement systems. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with OEM customers across North and South America. Ideally, you will be based near Chicago, IL, but other major cities in the US or Canada may be possible. The base salary range for this position is $129,000/y to $146,000/y. The compensation packages includes a bonus program and benefits.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Your responsibilities include:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain national and global OEM customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Align activities with the product managers and manage product introductions and transitions.
  • Identify new applications and communicate market trends to support product development.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and spend up to 40% of working time traveling.

Skills and qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, natural sciences or related field preferred.
  • Experience in technical sales, particularly in process measurement systems or related technical products.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Availability for up to 40% overnight travel within North and South America.
  • A valid driver's license and passport.
