This Project Coordinator is a supportive force, and we are currently seeking someone exceptional to take this responsibility.
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to a variety of projects.
An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
The Project Coordinator will support office operations, logistical planning, coordinate shipments, inventory, warehousing, materials point A to point B movement, product scheduling/delivery, and field service support.
Implement timely and efficient workflows and provide administrative and continuous improvement support to the organization.
Makes recommendations for solutions. Works autonomously on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.
Essential Functions:
Performs general administrative support tasks including scheduling and coordinating meetings, and logistical planning.
Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports and data entry as needed
Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports/tracking.
Maximizes office productivity and project coordination through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
Other duties as assigned.
We expect the candidate to be detail oriented and maintain accurate records of service requests, including customer details and request status.
We expect the candidate to provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests.
You will assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues or concerns raised by customers.
Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to pass drug screen and security background check
High School diploma with a goal for acquiring an Associates Degree
The candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 products including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
The candidate must be adaptable and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
The candidate should exhibit strong teamwork skills and the willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technicians, engineers, and sales professionals for seamless service execution.
