Job Summary and Qualifications

The Technical Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior developers, programmers, researchers, and analysts. We are providing a learning opportunity for you to gain on-the-job training and experience in the field while building a strong colleague network within the organization. You will be assigned professional development sessions, a mentor, a project, and an opportunity to learn from industry leaders in the field of healthcare technology. Technical Resident apprenticeships are 6-months long with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to a full-time employee.

What you’ll do:

  • Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team
  • Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee
  • Continually grow – professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • Individuals interested in the following: Data Science/Advanced Analytics/Data Management; Database design; Relational database management systems (SQL); Security & Testing; Working with cross-collaborative teams to develop data driven solutions
  • Candidates looking to start their career or re-enter the workforce with a focus on data analytics and/or data engineering
  • Experience working collaboratively and clearly communicating in a professional work environment
  • Self-motivated and eager candidates with a passion for solving problems

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate from a technical school or pursuing a Bachelors/Master’s Degree
