Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including estimation, design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of applications tailored for our clients.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and creative designs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Design and implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions utilizing the Abbyy platform.
  • Lead technical planning and requirements gathering, including project estimation, development, testing, and management.
  • Serve as a technical mentor and provide leadership in the enhancement of services.
  • Foster effective working relationships with team members and demonstrate adaptability to collaborate with individuals of varying experience levels.
  • Utilize your experience in developing document processing solutions on the Abbyy platform and integrating workflows with external systems.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating innovative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including high-level decision-makers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience with agile methodologies in software development.
  • Proficient in creating, editing, and presenting technical documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through various channels (verbal, written, etc.) with diverse staff.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is estimated between $73,008 and $170,640, depending on various factors such as skill sets, experience level, and organizational needs. Please note that this range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or potential bonuses.
