We are a private, not-for-profit organization that coordinates public health grants for a 26-county region in central PA, seeking an Administrative Coordinator - a full-time hybrid position balanced between work-from-home and within our Camp Hill, PA office, with an in-office minimum of 3 days/week.

Requirements

The successful candidate will perform a variety of organizational support functions and administrative tasks including: assisting with client needs; organizing and supporting meetings and events; providing document management; coordinating shipping and mailing, copying and printing assignments; facilities support/coordinating with vendors, maintaining organizational supply needs and additional duties as assigned.

Must possess excellent customer-service and communication skills, be extremely accurate, organized, and able to multitask. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a necessity. Current driver's license and reliable transportation required.
