Timerack is looking for an Client Support Specialist. This role is critical to the success of the client and the company. This role is responsible for providing awesome customer service and technical prowess to insure customer satisfaction and retention. This is a critical thinking, problem solving role. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for providing support for Timerack products, becoming an application expert
* Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a customer centric focus
* Respond timely to customer requests insuring customer satisfaction
* Assist with knowledge base creation to assist customers
* Document all interactions with customers in CRM
* Contribute to knowledge base system
REQUIREMENTS
* 1-3+ years of experience using time and Attendance systems or related experience preferred
* Strong demonstration of problem solving skills
* Focus on customer service and satisfaction required
* Thoughtful verbal and written communication through a variety of channels
* Passion for technology and driving product improvements
* Experience working in CRM tools, experience with Salesforce a plus
* Previous help experience in a SaaS environment a plus
