Skills:

What You Will Be Doing:

* Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the CEO's calendar, ensure the CEO attends meetings on time, Schedule weekly 1-on-1s with direct reports, as well as biweekly and monthly meetings with other team members.
* Assist with scheduling calls for various stakeholdersPrepare and submit monthly Travel & Expense (T&E) reports
* Track executive projects, gather inputs from directs, and post updates bi-weekly
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Board, customer, and other meetings as needed
* Daily review and filter CEO email and Slack correspondence, replying as necessary
* Travel Coordination: Arrange air, hotel, and dining reservations for the CEO and other executives in addition to arranging for offsite meetings
* Office Management: Ensure the office remains tidy and clean, order and manage office supplies and liaise with building management for office keys, parking cards, and other pertinent communications.
