Qualifications
Service Manager Qualifications
* Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably in the off-road vehicle segment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Solid understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
* Experience with warranty management and quality assurance processes.
* Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen - THC not included in the screening.
