Job Summary: Provide administrative/clerical support to AAON Academy.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Interfaces with reps and contractors to register students for classes.
* Posts and updates class information online
* Organizes hotel rooms, lunches, and transportation for classes at all Academy training facilities.
* Prepares training materials such as binders, name badges, etc. at training facility.
* Records, prepares, and distributes post-class information such as test scores, certificates, etc.
* Prepares credit memos for accounting.
* Checks inventory and orders class materials.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as an administrative assistant is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
* Experience using SharePoint is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Adaptability and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Work Environment:
* Ability to lift and move objects up to 20lbs.
* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during working hours.
* Work may require occasional travel.
