The Supervisor of Centralized Collections is responsible for the day to day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections team
* Monitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met
* Recommend and implement process improvements when needed
* Work with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
* Conduct account audits and communicate results to team members
* Facilitate escalation resolutions with Regional customers and team members
* Resolve employee issues where necessary
* Facilitate scheduling to ensure proper coverage
* Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience required in Leadership/Management role
* 3+ years previous Collections experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Must pass pre-employment screening

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in consumer finance industry.
