Responsibilities

* Accounts receivable cash application
* Maintenance of AR customers, invoicing, cancelations, reconciliations, analytics, and various daily and monthly AR functions.
* Support Accounting month end close process by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
* Review daily accounts receivable activities to ensure completeness and accuracy
* Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls
* Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance or Accounting or a related field
* Currently in good standing with a preferred 3.0 minimum GPA
* Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience with SAP, or other Financial General Ledger software a plus
* Analytical, well organized, good communication skills, strong work ethic, and strong desire to learn
