Responsibilities:
  • Working and communicating with the corporate, private and public sectors
  • Coordinating and processing confidential files and documents
  • Managing administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling, setting appointments, and sending emails while assisting Attorneys, the finance team and the CEO.

Requirements:
  • Ability to multi task, be self sufficient, and have great organizational skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Productive in working in a virtual environment
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Pay is $17-$20 an hour (Depends on experience)
  • This is a remote position
