Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of legal tasks under the direct oversight of an attorney.
  • Provide professional support to the legal team in the development, research, management, and resolution of legal matters pertaining to their business unit.
  • Draft and prepare standard legal documents, agreements, and pleadings related to both litigation and non-litigation matters.
