Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of legal tasks under the direct supervision of an attorney.
  • Provide professional assistance and support to the legal team in the development, research, management, and resolution of legal matters.
  • Prepare and draft standard legal documents, agreements, and pleadings related to both litigation and non-litigation issues.
