Summary
Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors in meeting the needs of our clients. Performs wide array of duties ranging from administrative activities, such as opening new accounts, performing account maintenance, and providing extensive customer service to our clients to ensure the firm is an efficient and organized office allowing the advisors to focus on building client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
* Prepare, organize, and maintain client paperwork
* Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
* Coordinate and schedule client meetings
* Prepare client account review documents for advisor
* Utilize CRM system to maintain, follow up and complete daily activities
* Ensure office is operating in a manner that adheres to compliance guidelines
* Support ongoing efforts for growth with new clients and continuous interaction with current clientele to provide an excellent client experience.
Education and/or Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, or similar field of study and or experience in the Investment service industry
Computer Skills
* Proficient with Windows based software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Competencies
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent people skills; enjoys constant interaction with clients
* Organized, meticulous, detailed-oriented and able to multitask in high pace environment
* Ability to work independently with good problem solving and time management skills
* High degree of confidentiality & latitude
* Ability to exercise good judgment by recognizing urgency and setting priorities
* Must pass criminal and credit background checks
