Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our ISD Team in Kennesaw, GA. The position is responsible for providing personalized administrative support to the Vice President & CIO in a professional and timely manner. Will work one-to-one with the executives on a wide variety of matters including administrative duties, facilitation and coordination of department initiatives, and support the rollout of the IT strategic objectives to ensure its timely & effective delivery. Must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization.

What you'll be doing:

* Key point of contact between the Vice President & CIO and internal/external stakeholders and clients.
* Assist with coordination of multiple initiatives across the IT Group to gather information, schedule meetings, facilitate data requests, follow up on assignments, and consolidation information for status reporting.
* Manage calendar and remind Vice President & CIO of daily schedule while coordinating last minute requests to adjust schedule at CIO's direction.
* Anticipate and plan for Vice President & CIO needs for travel preferences, meeting locations, meeting times, and presence in a meeting (for note taking).
* Arrange and coordinate executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements.
* Complete Executive's expense reports.
* Facilitate onboarding activities of new vendors and process invoices, Purchase Reqs and PO in the acquisition of IT services. Manage Corporate Purchase Card expenses.
* Handle requests, feedback and queries in a timely manner.
* Take dictation, meeting notes, and minutes accurately and distribute as necessary.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful:

* Type 75-85 wpm and shorthand of 80-95 wpm.
* Advance skill with MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of filing and record systems, standard office routine and practices.
* Ability to provide superior customer service.
* Keen memory, accuracy, preciseness, attention to detail and good judgement on job priorities.
* Confidentiality a must have skill.
* Ability to handle complex projects and difficult situations.
* Ability to travel as needed.
