Role Overview:

  • Lead assessment of risk environments and controls
  • Identify control issues and enhancements
  • Implement optimized controls and Quality Assurance practices
  • Manage team conducting quality inspections
  • Ensure timely execution of QA activities and reporting
  • Review operations responses for audits and regulatory exams

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in Data Analysis in financial services
  • Proficiency in data mining tools like Toad, Teradata SQL Assistant, SAS, and more
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Tableau
  • 8+ years of risk management experience
  • Prior experience in metrics development and operations management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
  • Experience in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
