The Opportunity
As an RCM Specialist Dental Patient AR on the Hero Team, you will have a balanced lifestyle, a competitive compensation package, and the opportunity to work in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities:
* Ensure patient balances are accurate based on Insurance responses and Discount programs
* Communicating with guarantors about outstanding balances
* Processing payments and Establishing payment plans
* Advocating for our Patients and Families and providing each and every person an extraordinary experience
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED.
* 6 months of experience in Customer Service
* Experience with Multiline Phone Systems
* Collecting payments
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience with EMR/EHR
* Experience with Revenue Cycle, especially Dental
* Experience with Remote Work
Physical Requirements:
This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50.
Salary and Benefits:
