About the Position:
The Director of Night Operations will oversee all manufacturing and fulfillment within the organization throughout the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring all areas are working cohesively and efficiently, while hitting key goals. The Director of Night Operations needs to have a leaning forward/progressive mindset and be able to identify goals and priorities. Rowe Casa is a fast-growing company which means the Director of Night Operations will play a crucial role in innovating technology and processes. The Director
of Night Operations will work closely with executive leadership to define and execute long-term strategies. This position will be a full-time

on-site position located in New Boston, TX and will report directly to the Sr. Director of Operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):
• Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with Directors to define and ensure goals and metrics are met.
• Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs organization-wide and implement
• process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
• Key player in driving modernization and automation through the use of machines and
• advanced technology to increase efficiency.
• Communicate with leadership to provide key status updates as needed.
• Work with Directors and Managers regarding HR matters and ensuring HR policies are
• followed.
• Collaborate with other departments (such as procurement and marketing) to remove any roadblocks to see that operations are not delayed.
• Provide performance feedback to direct reports.
• Adhere to the company's policies and standards, and ensure the laws and regulations are being followed.
• Be able to troubleshoot all system issues across the operations.

Qualifications:
• Five or more years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in areas of public health, food science, nutritional sciences, food service management, or similar.
• Experience in the natural and organic product industry.
