Job Description

We are looking for a Senior-level Customer Service Representative for a client in Bedford Heights

Direct Hire opportunity with room for advancement
Shift: Monday through Friday - First shift 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
Pay: $23-$25/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch orders assigned to you within customer
  • Manage daily workload report: inclusive of quote follow-up, completion of work orders and issue resolution.
  • Quoting/change orders to customer.
  • Manage inbound/outbound phones.
  • Work order setup for invoicing.
  • Assist in field service issue resolution.
  • Provide excellent Customer reporting and Customer Communications.
  • Maintain Subcontractor communication and partnership.
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service (call center), security, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
