SEMCO - Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description
The Accounts Payable Rep, under general supervision, performs accounting work related to the US accounts payable function.
You Will
* Process invoices and payments in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
* Maintain vendor information in the Accounting system.
* Maintain 1099 file.
* Process year-end reports as necessary.
* Administer the Company's Visa Purchasing Card program.
* Reconcile and maintain accounts payable balance sheet.
* Respond timely to customer calls.
* Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
* Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the field to uphold responsibilities as a subject matter expert.
* Participate in Company training as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma (or equivalent).
* Minimum of two to four years of related work experience.
In addition to our standard benefits package, the estimated base hourly rate for this role will range from $16.82/hour - $25.00/hour, depending upon experience.
