Position Overview:

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening our relationships with both prospective and existing clients. You'll leverage your exceptional communication skills and strategic mindset to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with both prospective and current clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how our solutions can address their specific pain points and drive business value.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewal efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
