Candidate must have open availability, shifts consist of 7a-3p and 3p-11p with weekends included.

Responsibilities:

* Welcome guests to the hotel in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a smooth check-in process
* Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and courteously
* Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other requests as needed
* Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
* Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
* Collaborate with team members to achieve department and hotel goals
* Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions
* Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
* Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
