Guest Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and selling our delicious cakes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly greet and engage with guests, determining their interests and needs to create a superior guest experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake options, pricing, and promotions.
  • Suggest additional merchandise to complete a unique celebration.
  • Process guest orders efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
  • Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine cleaning and replenishing of retail merchandise and cake display cases.
  • Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
