Position SummaryThe Director of Human Resources at Standvast will lead and oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. This role is responsible for managing a team of HR generalists and recruiters to ensure the most valuable asset of the company-its people-are well-supported and thriving.
  • People Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team of HR professionals.
  • Talent Management: Drive recruitment, on-boarding, performance reviews, career development, and retention efforts for all employees.
  • Culture and Engagement: Spearhead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and high employee engagement in alignment with Standvast's core values.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure the company adheres to laws and regulations concerning employment and work conditions.
  • Learning and Development: Own the execution of training and development programs.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on conflict resolution and other employee-related issues.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Develop and manage comprehensive benefits packages and compensation strategies.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize data to generate insights and make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate has/will:
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior or lead HR role supporting both exempt and hourly populations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant discipline. A master's in HR or an equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • High proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including remote and diverse teams.
  • Flexibility, collaboration skills, and the grit to overcome challenges.
  • Experience with HR transformations or organizational scaling is preferred.
