Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Business Development Manager will focus on developing current and future markets for all Companies. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and portfolio of profitable brands. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Duties/Responsibilities:Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.Thorough understanding of company's products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market. RequirementsQualifications, Education, and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; OR equivalent experience.5+ years' experience in the beverage industry2+ years' experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role2+ years sales experience with proven sales track recordExcellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis.Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)Possess a smart phone with the ability to use mobile applications required for the position.Physical Requirements:Ability to routinely lift 25 - 75 lbs., climb, reach and perform various physical maneuvers to perform the essential functions of the job.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current valid Drivers Licenses depending on location. This license must comply with our insurance carrier's guidelines for an acceptable, insured driver.
