Affordable Housing Administrative Assistant

Rochester’s Cornerstone Group is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant in the Buffalo Region
$18- $21/hr, based on experience.
You will assist with day-to-day administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Answering the phone, assisting walk-ins, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Communicating with residents and interested residents.
- Collecting rent, processing billing statements, posting payments, and depositing receipts.
- Processing move-out paperwork, security deposits, and work orders.
- Creating application packets and entering applicants into the system.
- Ordering and maintaining administrative office supplies.
- Working professionally and cooperatively with the team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, time management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate professionally and respectfully at all times.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience working in property management a plus
