Job Duties:

Qualifications:
  • Good Computer skills are a must.

  • Team Player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

  • Previous technical support experience.

  • Some knowledge of hardware and networks.
  • Mental Health and Behavioral Health policy and knowledge.
  • Good understanding of Windows software; controls, menus, how they should work, etc.
  • Be able to learn software quickly & fast.
  • Bilingual is a big plus.
