  • Proficient in troubleshooting various applications effectively.
  • Advanced understanding of video conferencing tools and their applications.
  • Capable of documenting processes clearly to facilitate transitions to desktop support teams or the Global Service Desk.
  • Familiarity with fundamental network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, HTTP, and HTTPS, along with network hardware.
  • Provide desktop support to executive-level personnel, both in-person and remotely.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with Windows 10, 11, Mac OS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Knowledge of current hardware standards and anticipated future releases.
  • Familiarity with software applications including MS Office Suite, MS Visual Studio, Zoom, Oracle, OKTA, Adobe Suite, Cisco VPN, and Virtual Machines.
  • Experience with enterprise desktop management tools such as Active Directory, SCCM, and JAMF Pro.
  • Proficient in using remote support tools like GoTo Assist.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing large meetings and webinars via Zoom.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
