Job Summary:
As an Automotive Technician at Dana Bros, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new shop with your own dedicated workstation, ensuring you have the resources and environment needed to perform at your best. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality work, maintaining attention to detail, and adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and computer systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards, following manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and status updates.
  • Keep detailed records of all work performed and parts used.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, trends, and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or ASE certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
