Are you an Executive Chef with a flair for Asian cuisine, ready to lead a culinary team in Charlotte, NC? Join our premier upscale restaurant and elevate your career to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Culinary Experiences: Lead a team to craft unforgettable dishes that leave lasting impressions on our guests.
  • Inspire Your Team: Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the kitchen.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Actively work alongside your team on the line, ensuring culinary excellence.
  • Oversee Operations: Collaborate with the General Manager to optimize kitchen operations, ensure quality control, manage inventory, and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Financial Management: Play a crucial role in managing labor, budgets, and forecasts to achieve financial targets.
Qualifications:
  • Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work varying schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, typically 50 to 55 hours per week.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years as an Executive Chef, with a strong background in Asian cuisine, including sushi.
  • Leadership: Dedication to servant leadership, serving both team members and guests.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for cooking and hands-on leadership.
  • Fresh Ingredients: Experience working with local farmers to source fresh products and deliver quality dishes.
  • Accountability: Strong sense of financial management, labor control, quality assurance, and task completion.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: Base pay up to $90,000, performance-based bonuses (paid quarterly), and PTO benefits after 90 days.
