Sous Pastry Chef

- 2 years experience in a professional kitchen, bakery, or hotel.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of pastry fundamentals.
Responsibilities:
- The Sous Pastry Chef will be responsible for assisting in inventory, production, and sanitation of the pastry department of 5 Church.
- Production to meet the needs of par levels, private parties, and events in the restaurant and Virtue rooftop.
- Assists in the development of the pastry menu.
- Assists other cooks and co-workers wherever required to provide excellent service for our guests.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the pastry menu and attention to detail with plate presentation.
- Proper execution of recipes and understanding of culinary techniques.
