Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The following outline the core responsibilities and requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and manage office equipment.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Financial Duties: Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense reporting, and budget tracking.
- Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives as needed, including data entry, research, and report preparation.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Team Player: Positive attitude with a collaborative approach to working with others.
