Job Description:Sip Tequila is seeking a Paid Media Manager to plan, manage and optimize all search engine marketing and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities. This individual should possess high-quality strategic and execution capabilities in the paid search media realm.  The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the latest paid media trends and be able to create, optimize, and manage campaigns across various platforms to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, MetaAds, and lead expansion into other relevant advertising channels.
  • Analyze performance data and identify areas of improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to achieve desired goals and KPIs.
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to align campaign objectives and optimize performance. 
  • We recently onboarded a new website development company and when you’re not optimizing paid digital marketing spend inside the platforms themselves, you will need to understand the marketing and promotions calendar to assist with landing page strategy in an effort to improve conversion rates. 
  • Create compelling visuals and ad creatives for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience.
  • Work within tight deadlines, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • Have at least 2 years of paid search experience
  • Experience in Alc/Bev, Cannabis and/or regulated industries
  • Expert knowledge and experience working with relevant Ads Manager platforms & Google Analytics 
  • Knowledge of Meta/Facebook Ads Manager or other Social Media Marketing Tools
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and proven ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions
  • Hard-working, creative and eager to learn and expand knowledge of online direct marketing
  • Experience using TripleWhale is a plus.
