Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, marketing our services through social media, and attending community events. This role requires a dynamic personality, a passion for overall wellness and recovery, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Market our services through social media, including creating engaging content and interacting with followers
  • Attend community events to promote our services and build relationships with potential customers
  • Continuously educate yourself on our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with the Center Manager and team to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks
  • Perform duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and accountability

Requirements

  • Ability to work a minimum of 32-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
  • Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer service skills, motivated and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and customers
  • Understanding of sales goals and operations processes
  • Computer knowledge, including point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems
  • Ability to book, reschedule, and cancel reservations using our POS system
  • A strong understanding of the social media space and ability to create engaging content
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, including laundry throughout your shift
  • Ability to pass a number of iCRYO service exams following your initial training
