DESCRIPTION:
U.S. Paverscape, Inc., a custom concrete products manufacturer, located in Stuart, FL, is looking for a motivated candidate to fulfill the role of Showroom Coordinator within our headquarters. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. Honesty, integrity and a commitment to professionalism are a must. This is full time salary position, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•    Act as the face and brand ambassador of the Showroom. Welcome and greet customers as they arrive as well as answer any questions until a sales representative can assist them. 
•    Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate party
•    Take detailed notes on all calls and walk in customers
•    Assist sales reps & manager with processing payments, paperwork and other sales support duties. Support sales team with all day-to-day tasks as needed. 
•    Manage the organization of the Showroom, office, files, and forms as well as scheduling and tracking all routine maintenance to keep grounds looking fresh and beautiful. 
•    Grow brand awareness on social media pages with bi-weekly posts and other announcements as needed.
•    Maintain and update company website. 

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
•    Excellent communication skills always remaining polite and courteous on the phone
•    Corporate social media & brand ambassador experience 
•    Bilingual is a plus 
•    Detailed note taking skills
•    Aptitude to quickly learn new skills and assist wherever needed
•    Office experience desired
•    Highly organized and goal oriented
•    Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Canva, Social Media Platforms and Website Design. 
•    Ability to pay close attention to detail as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
