We reach over 1 million readers every month. We are seeking a motivated leader with a desire to lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives. Looking for a highly motivated individual who has a proven track record in Sales/Sales Management.

In this position you will need to train, coach and work independently with a sales team of 8-10 people. Effective communication skills are required.

Strong leadership skills and a winning attitude are a must

Salary & Benefits:

·         $150,000 per year – Base plus Management by Objective

·         Travel Allowance

·         Health, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k

·         Paid Training and Time Off

Required Qualifications:

·         Previous experience in B2B sales. Marketing/Advertising Experience a Plus

·         Dedication to providing exceptional customer service

·         Reliable transportation

·         Comprehension of using a computer and/or iPad

·         Capability to communicate on a consistent basis

·         Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·         Full Time, In Person, NOT a Remote Position
