Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for a dynamic opportunity? We're hiring a Payroll Administrator to manage weekly payroll for over 450 employees across multiple companies. If you thrive on accuracy, compliance, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:
  • Process weekly payroll and enter technician timesheets using UKG software.
  • Reconcile PTO hours, resolve discrepancies, and manage deductions and garnishments.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and accounting to streamline payroll operations.
  • Support audits and generate financial reports.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of payroll experience (UKG preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with deductions, garnishments, and payroll tax compliance.
  • Experience in multi-company or construction payroll (a plus).

Base Salary Starting Rate: $50,000/year. The exact salary offer will be determined based on the individual candidate's experience and qualifications.
