What the Payroll Tax Admin Will Do:
As a Payroll Tax Admin, you will be a key contributor to the Payroll Tax team by handling tasks such as:
- Preparing and distributing tax-related documents, including monthly coupons and quarterly returns.
- Organizing and processing tax-related materials, ensuring proper routing and tracking.
- Managing tax payments and assigning states for quarterly filing schedules.
- Keeping email inboxes organized, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring key tasks are completed.
- Assisting with W2-related responsibilities and customer support during year-end processes.
- Acting as the main point of contact for client reporting requests.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail while maintaining office publications and documents.
- Assisting with a variety of office tasks, including document scanning, filing, and coordination with other departments when needed.
