Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote our roofing and exterior solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to maximize sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
